Some people hear “boudoir” and immediately shrivel up and want to hide, and if that’s you, I get it, babe! The unknown of it all can be scary!! In reality, though… It’s HELLA fun. Choosing to do a boudoir session is the ULTIMATE self-love experience, and as your Tennessee boudoir photographer, I know how to make it easy, enjoyable AF, and never awkward. Keep reading to take a peek into what a boudoir session with me is really like!!
What a Boudoir Session With Me Actually Feels Like
For some people, boudoir sessions are cookie-cutter, taking-pictures-in-lace-lingerie and that’s it. THAT’S NOT THE CASE HERE!! With me as your boudoir photographer, it’s a full-on experience. We’re having fun, you’re feeling hot, and we’re probably gonna end up being best friends before it’s over.
Here’s the step-by-step of what boudoir sessions with me look like:
Step 1: Pre-Boudoir = Pamper Time
First, you’ll be pampered like the diva you are, because you deserve it, babe!! I’ll give you a full (but easy) list of how to prep that has a ton of skincare tips, how much water to drink (okay, hydrated queen!), and how to treat your body leading up to your shoot so that on the day-of, you’ll be looking HOT AFFFF. It also has tons of tips about what to wear, but just know that you’ll be the sexiest when you’re comfortable and feeling like yourself!!
Then, when you arrive, you’ll get your hair and makeup done (if you choose to) by the lovely Glimmer Gloss by Chloe, who slays every. single. time. I’ll be hyping you up, she’ll be hyping you up… And yeah, you’ll be feeling just as good as you look. TRUST.
Step 2: When the Boudoir Session Starts
Before it’s time to actually take your photos, we’ll have already gone over everything that I need to know to make you feel comfortable. Your confidence is my #1 priority as your Tennessee boudoir photographer, so your session will be FULLY guided around that!! What this usually looks like, though, is a killer playlist, some fun lighting, props galore, and me behind the camera yelling, “YESSSS. WORK! SERVE CUNT, BITCH!!!”
One thing that I’ll always do during your boudoir session is help you. You’re probably pretty new to this, and instead of you not feeling like you know WTF you’re doing, I want you to feel confident as hell!! So when I give you a pose, I’ll always demonstrate it first so that you can see me doing it before you do.
Step 3: After Your Boudoir Session
As I said before… By the time we’re done, we’re probably gonna be besties. Seriously though, after your session, you’ll leave feeling hot as HELLLL. You’ll walk out confident AF, fully owning it, knowing that you just gave yourself like, basically the most self-love possible… And I LOVEEE that for you!!!
I’ll then spend time editing your photos to make sure each of them makes you feel like the damn queen you are, and the gallery you receive will be the ULTIMATE confidence boost. If I’ve done my job well, you’ll feel like the sexiest person in the world!!!
At the end of the day, your boudoir session should make you feel extremely proud of yourself. Nothing compares to how you feel when you’re owning your beauty, feeling good in your body, and giving yourself an experience like this, and if you’re doing it… I think you’re SO cool!!!
How I Make You Feel Comfortable for a Boudoir Session as a Tennessee Boudoir Photographer
If you’re someone who’s a little shy about things like this and you’re still wondering how the fuck I’m going to make you feel at ease before your session, I’ve gotchu!!! Here’s everything I do leading up to ensure that when you show up for your boudoir session, there will be zero awkward moments.
- I send you a pre-session questionnaire. This lets me keep track of everything: what you love about yourself, what you’re comfortable with wearing, what kind of posing I should guide you in, what kind of reassurance I should give you!!
- I chat with you about your vision. Every boudoir session is gonna be different, FOR SURE. I’ll fully tailor your shoot to fit your vibe, whether that’s about where we’re shooting through a theme, or the types of photos we get. I’ll NEVER, EVER have you do something that I think would make you feel uncomfortable or weird, I swear!!
- I’m here to answer all your questions. Again, if you’re new to the boudoir world, there’s definitely gonna be a LOT that you don’t know. And that’s what I’m here for, babes!! You can always feel free to ask me ANYTHING. No questions are stupid here!!

As your Tennessee boudoir photographer, I ask that you bring your own lingerie, or whatever outfit you choose to (or not to) wear!!
Are Boudoir Sessions Private?
Abso-fucking-lutely! It’s just you, me, and my camera! We usually shoot boudoir in my studio, unless there’s a specific location you want. I’m ALWAYS down for an outdoor, adventure boudoir session.
Do You Have to Wear Anything for a Boudoir Session?
If you’d rather wear your birthday suit, I’m SO HERE FOR IT!!! You can wear as much or as little as you want, as long as you feel sexy!!!
