My passion is creating timeless, physical heirlooms from your moments, no matter how big or small. It's art that can only belong to you and I think that's pretty fucking beautiful.
My love for photography was born from a love of traveling and being outdoors. In 2019, I bought my first “real” camera to take pictures of a trip to the Rocky Mountains, and after that I brought my camera to every hiking trail and weekend trip I went on. A few months later, a friend asked me to photograph her elopement in the Great Smoky Mountains, and everything finally clicked (pun intended 🤪) That day I fell in love with documenting human connection in wild places and within a year, I quit my steady job to chase love stories full-time.
Since then, I’ve photographed weddings in over half the U.S., following badass couples to mountaintops, deserts, forests, and everywhere in between. The airport is basically my second home, but when I’m not road-tripping or on the trail I’m probably at home making a killer espresso, Binge watching Friends with a cat on my lap, or spinning vintage vinyl from my growing record collection. (Yes, I’m that person digging through crates for hidden gems.)

My wife and I celebrate and get inspiration from watching excellence in action. It could be a cabinet maker, a public speaker, an actor, or an athlete. in this case it's Jessie and her photography work. We hired her for destination wedding in Florida and she was just AMAZING. I wish she could have been there when we saw our gallery to hear every gasp, every murmur or appreciation, and every exclamation of "oh, I LOVE it!" When we got our wedding album, I was overwhelmed with more emotions than on my wedding day. It felt as though we hired a photojournalist to capture every moment. My album wasn’t hundreds of pictures of forced poses that everyone else posts on social media. My wedding album told the story of our wedding day. She caught the raw emotions on our faces as we exchanged vows, and the laughter as we ate our first meal together. If you scroll through her work, you can see the same joy in others’ faces. When I show people my wedding album, I get the same reaction. “These pictures are incredible!” Don’t be afraid to ask for a quote even if you are marrying local! I “eloped” in my hometown in Florida, but decided to fly her in. Her packages are competitive in pricing and that includes travel so it’s worth asking for a quote to have her as your wedding photographer! I'd recommend Jessie for any of your photography needs. She is one of those people that leaves the world a better place!
